The amazing solar-activated catalyst sets fast. Only 5 seconds to gel and 3 minutes to cure once the UV resin is exposed to sunlight. So you can take your time to get your repair right, filling all the holes and cracks. When you’re ready you just place your board repair area in direct sunlight. The UV resin hardens strong, remaining stable with a special non-yellowing additive.

You get a super-fast, clear surfboard repair without being tacky or sticky. The SOLAREZ board repair finish is dry and hard. Sand and dirt won’t stick to your repair. Both rough 60-grit and fine 240-grit sandpapers are included for your finishing and smoothing.

The SOLAREZ formula also incorporates millions of fiberglass fibers embedded in the UV resin. These fibers give great strength and stop the resin cracking. The unique Solarez formula ensures these fibers are fully wetted through so you get extra cross-linked strength and no bubbles that can weaken your repair.
