We endeavour to keep shipping costs as low as possible, for orders under $100 we offer shipping at a flat rate of $10.00 across Australia*. 

*Excluded in this offer are surfboards/softboards, SUP's, skateboards, surfskates, bodyboards, Esky's, Travel Bags and bulky items (such as board racks and surfboard travel covers).

For small items we use Australia Post. Please ensure your email address is on your order so you can track your parcel. Overboard Surf Pty Ltd is not responsible for any missing parcel once Australia Post has marked the parcel as "delivered" on the tracking.

Please note: surfboards/softboards above 7ft and SUP’s cannot be shipped. We offer “click & collect” only on these products, or contact us for a quote on shipping boards above 7ft

Bulky Item Shipping

Any bulky items will have a freight charge which will be charged as follows:

DELIVERY ISSUES

When ordering please double check you have entered your correct shipping address.

We use Australia Post for all small parcels. We recommend including your email address on your order. Your email address will automatically be added to your tracking with Australia Post

We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels that Australia Post have flagged as "delivered and left in a safe place".
