If you decide to send back your item within 14 days of delivery, you are more than welcome. Please note SALE items, surfboards, softboards and swimwear are non-refundable.

All you need to do is contact us at info@overboardsurf.com.au and let us know your order number (on your confirmation email), we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and the address to send your item to.

Please note: “change of mind” refunds will be processed minus a fee of 2.6% of the total order including shipping (which is the payment gateway fee charged to Overboard), on the item or items being returned for a refund.

All postage/courier costs on return are to be paid by the customer. 

All refunds will be minus any shipping charges originally paid by the customer.

Naturally, “used” products cannot be returned for change of mind. Used being: ridden, worn, waxed, grips applied, stickers put on, any dings or damage.

Clothing and accessory returns must be unworn or used and all tags and packaging attached.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Cancellation & Pre Order Policy - All cancellations of orders and pre-orders will be processed minus a fee of 2.6% of the total order including shipping (which is the payment gateway fee charged to Overboard), on the item or items being cancelled regardless of whether the order has been sent or not.
