The Golden Child Squad has all the features of George Humphreys' Pro Model Boards with a more affordable price tag. It even uses the same colourways & logo's!
The main difference is the Squad has a lighter density PP Core (1.2lb) and an HD Slick instead of Surlyn.
Squad Template - The Squad uses George Humphreys Signature Template, designed for high performance riding in quality wave conditions
Squad Construction - While the Squad uses the lighter density 1.2lb Polypro Core, this is strengthened with Double Stringers making it extremely durable and suitable for most climates. This is encapsulated by PE Deck & HD Slick
Squad Features - We've kept it pretty simple, but included all the most sought after features - 55/45 Double Rails, Crescent Tail, Graduated Channels and Nose Bulbs.

SIZE GUIDE
As a general guide, a bodyboard should go to the rider's belly button. apart from that, there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to choosing the correct size board. Generally bigger boards are faster, but not as easy to control, and generally suited to smaller waves and beginners. On the other hand smaller boards are a bit harder to generate speed, however, have greater control and are ideal for bigger waves and more advanced riders.
As a guide, please refer to the table below. If you're a beginner, you are probably best suited to a size in which you fall in the lower end of the weight range. ie. 40kg beginner would be best suited to 38", not 36".
